Dear all, I have made one program for PID controlling using relay/SSR control and it also runs very sharp tuned. Now I want to operate PID output for linear control i.e 4-20mA. I have one three phase power controller and it triggers with thyristor gate pulses. Thyristor is controlled by 4-20mA. So according to comparison error between PV and SV, the PID output should give 4-20mA to our LX3V-4DA. I have used heaters as controlled devices. So for sensor, i have used LX3V-4TC module. Whatever the value i receive on 4TC from Heater, the comparison takes place and PID output accurs, and gives 4-20mA on 4DA. I want to know how can we set the PID output range according to the count range of LX3V-4DA module? Attaching program which i made. pid drive.wcp (42.07 KB)

But as i have described above that i want a linear output in the form of 4-20mA, so i think the demo I made has D502 as PID output, so I need to scale the range of D502 from 0 to 1000 which is the count range of LX3V- 4DA for 4-20mA.

Y0 just like a switch.You also could make a M to add or decreasec the data of 4DA module.If the Data of 4DA change.The analog of 4DA will change.Then you could control the 4DA output.
