Im having the error K6740 K6740 means Sampling time≤algorithm cycle. You need increase the Sampling time.and make it bigger than algorithm cycle. What is PLC algorithm cycle? It is When PLC run all PLC project from step 1 to end. How to check the algorithm cycle? You could click Monitor mode to check the time.Just like the picture below.

My greetings. I would like you to help me I want to do the communication with the plc l3xv-1412MTH4-A with the frequency inverter vfd-el and show through the screen HMI we have entered frequency, output and amps I do not get the modbus in the communication lader to address on the screen I am using the prog PISTUDIO and the lader with the prog Wecon plc editor.

first, we need to enable the communication between the inverter and plc. (you need to use the modbus RS instruction to get the value and store in plc),
then we enable the communication between hmi and plc, you could use the wecon protocol. then you could show the value that is stored in plc, for example D0 OR D100...

Hello, Could example in PDF document PID.pdf, on the end of the document, be used for Temperature control of Jaws on the machine ? Could it be done with 2PT BD board . To connect the solid state relay to the PWM output, and to connect heater to that solid state relay . PT100 probe would be in jaws, and the heaters too. Could it be achived to set the temperature to 150 celsius, and could that PID function keeps that temperature precise. If posible send me some example. Thanks in advance.

Hi, have probleem with PID instruction. It is set on Auto tuning ,after power on with preset temperature everything works fine if I wait for first Off. If I try to change SV while PID is in auto tune it starts bugging and works without any control at all..sometimes in On state sometimes in off state. Where should I search for problem solution? Can I leave it in Autotune all the time? or should I later switch to manual PID setting, which is not suitable for me.
