PID means that, if you want to keep a address in a stable levels,Please check the demo link below.
PID tuning-P+D
What is wecon PID function?
For example:You want to keep a temperature= 40.How to keep temperature= 40.You could use our PLC PID self-tuning function.
As i know, environment and heating equipment could change the temperature.Different environment make temperature change with different speed. Some environment is very hot/cold.
So P/ I/ D parameter also are different.
Our PLC support PID self-turning.It could according the heating equipment and environment to make a Stability of heating system. If you want to use a Stability of heating system.PLC need get a a Stability PID parameter. How to get a Stability PID parameter?PLC need compare/judge target values and measured values. For example: target values=40 and measured values=10.and heating equipment still add the temperature.after measured values>40.heating equipment will stop. Then the temperature will down.If measured values<40.heating equipment will run and add temperature.
When temperature is up and down,PLC PID self-tuning function will judge and make P/I/D parameter. The judge process need some timer to finish, then PLC will get a stable PID system to keep temperature in a level.
If you find the PID output is a fixed value, that is because target values and measured values do not change anything. So the PID function can not get PID parameter. So PID output nothing.
This demo could change measured values. Then PLC could according the difference between target values and measured values to compare, and get a PID parameter. Please check the document and to do the test.
You could download PLC project to PLC.Then choose M1 self-turnning funciton. Then up/down PV value. Then you could see D20 will change value.D20 is PID output. If D20=2000.It means temperature is too low.If D20 is close to zero.It means the PV and SV are equal almost
