If your HMI panel display the black screen and can't load your project file, please contact us as soon as possible, and please attach the following information.
1. When power on, does the “POWER LED ” turn on?
2. When you touch the screen, does HMI TCH Led respond?
3. Is there beep?
4. Does HMI connect to LeviStudio software via USB cable or RS232?
It is better to take a photo of back of HMI to me, and take a video about this problems, so that I can get information about the problems directly.
