Is it possible to configure HMI as Modbus master on rs232 and as modbus slave on rs485 terminals ? I.e on rs232 terminals hmi reads data from slave and on rs485 terminals hmi share data as modbus slave

I need this for reading RFID by rs232 and also I want to share this result (from rfid) on rs485 as modbus slave.

Thank You Pein for help. After some adjustment timeout, retries and so on it works ok Now I was wondering how can I make data mapping from one device to modbus slave (on hmi) In example hmi read data on rs232 as modbus rtu (client). On another port share this data. I don't know where is stored value from port on rs232. What kind of registers HDW ? I know that modbus slave (on hmi) is started from HDW3500. Edit: So far after looking at help in LeviStudioU I found out that access to device in script is realised in that way @w_HDW3500 = @w_1#1:42 where @w_1#1:42 mean hmi station _1 and after # 1:42 - mean id=1 and 42 (40002 in modbus) and it works Edit2: I know that my task - mapping from rs232 to rs485 can be made by "address mapping" but this works propertly for 2 physical com ports. In my case for hmi 350t I have only 1 port so adress mapping not works. As I mentioned earlier I can copy data from rs232 to rs485 by scripting but I don't know why from time to time instead of readed value I have 0 value writen to HDW3500. How can I detect good received frame from rs232 ? I know about communication memory map but for comm no. 1 and station no. 1 nothings happen on hmi. It always show false when I see on the screen that value are changing (from modbus).

in 350t you could still use the address mapping, you could find it at "setting-----address mapping ". you could try at first, if still not ok, i try to make a demo.
