I connected to the HMI with the RS232 cable (2-3, 3-2, 5-5). I press the "HMI version" key and the reading is correct.
When I press the "HMI-> PC" key and choose the location and name of the file, nothing else happens.
I tried to connect directly via the COM port and the USB adapter.
The HMI panel cooperated with PLC VIGOR VS series. It used an RS485 link. Recently, after switching on, it does
not send data via RS485. It sends them via RS232. I don't know why it changed.
Can this be set in SETUP?
There are no descriptions in my HMI SETUP. I show it in the pictures.
I know that in the 5th submenu (red button) you set the screen timeout. The date and time are set in the 7th submenu.
I am asking for help in solving the problem.
