Hi everyone,
for several months, I have connection problem with my cloud.
When I', trying to open it on the smartphone, or website, there is an error:
Connect Server Failure, error-code:g2
Internet connection is OK, I can access by ip adress in local network. There is problem with cloud connection.
Hope you help me solve this problem.
